About Me
Music
One of my first and enduring interests is music and particularly Jazz both playing and listening. More recently I've been doing a lot more listening than playing and I do my best to find some Jazz wherever I am in the world. Most memorably The Blue Note in New York and La Zorra y el Cuervo in Havana.
Cycling
I have never considered myself as "sporty" but ever since I first took part in a bike race I have been in love.
This is me at the university track championships, mountain biking outside Fort William and road racing.

Photography
A much more recent interest of mine is photography. The photo at the top of this page was taken at Wenbury Beach on the CoMPLEX visit to the Marine Biology Association. Here's a sample of a few of my favourites.
